The Unified Weblog Interace (UWI) is a web-based social networking application designed to facilitate easy and effective communication among members of an online community. UWI is ideal for widespread social networking communities, as well as workgroups within an organization.
The software allows its members to post entries that are displayed on the front page in aggregate form; by default, all posts are shown in chronological order, but each member has a profile page that shows only that member’s posts.
UWI enhances productivity by aggregating data from many different contributors and displaying it in a central location, making information easily accessible to everyone.
In addition, it is easy for members to present their ideas in an organized and streamlined manner, thereby encouraging creativity and cutting back on the volume of e-mail and voice communication.
